Important: Submitting a quote request, sending a message,
or discussing an event does not reserve a date or create a binding booking.
A booking is confirmed only when Dirt Road Entertainment and the customer
complete the required written agreement and any required payment or deposit.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using dirtroadet.com, you agree to these Terms and
Conditions and the posted Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use
the website.
These terms apply only to use of the website. A separate event agreement
may contain additional or different terms, and that signed agreement
controls the booked services.
2. Website Information
Dirt Road Entertainment provides website content for general information,
marketing, and inquiry purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep
descriptions, images, service information, and contact details accurate,
but website content may be changed, corrected, or updated without notice.
Photographs and examples may show prior events, venue conditions,
equipment configurations, or optional services. They do not guarantee
that every event will include the same equipment, appearance, staffing,
lighting, layout, or results.
3. Quote Requests and Availability
A quote request is an invitation to discuss possible services. It is not
an acceptance, reservation, contract, or guarantee of availability.
- Dates remain available to other customers until a booking is confirmed.
- Quotes may depend on date, location, duration, venue requirements, travel, staffing, equipment, and requested services.
- Quoted pricing may expire or change if event details change.
- Dirt Road Entertainment may decline an inquiry or proposed event at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. Event Agreements Control
Confirmed services are governed by the written event agreement provided
for that booking. The event agreement may address:
- Services, equipment, staffing, schedule, and performance times
- Fees, deposits, due dates, and accepted payment methods
- Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, and refund terms
- Venue access, setup, power, shelter, safety, and weather requirements
- Customer responsibilities and event-specific limitations
- Force majeure, emergencies, equipment failure, and substitute personnel
If these website terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed
event agreement controls for that booking.
5. Electronic Communications
By contacting Dirt Road Entertainment electronically, you consent to
receive replies and event-related communications by email, telephone, text
message, or another method you provide. Standard carrier or data charges
may apply.
Electronic records and signatures may be used when both parties agree.
Nothing on this website requires either party to complete a transaction
electronically when a different method is required by law or by agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
- Submit false contact, identity, venue, payment, or event information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, hosting, accounts, or data
- Introduce malware, automated attacks, scraping tools, or disruptive code
- Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability
- Copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Dirt Road Entertainment name, logo, branding,
website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other
original materials are owned by or licensed to Dirt Road Entertainment and
are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes
related to learning about or requesting services. No other license is
granted.
Music titles, artist names, venue names, platform names, and third-party
trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not
imply endorsement or ownership by Dirt Road Entertainment.
8. Information and Materials You Submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information,
documents, music requests, images, links, or other materials you submit.
Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.
You grant Dirt Road Entertainment permission to use submitted information
as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan
requested services, perform a contract, maintain records, and protect

9. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to Google, Facebook, venues, payment
services, downloadable documents, social platforms, or other third-party
resources. Dirt Road Entertainment does not control and is not responsible

practices.
10. Website Availability and Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Dirt Road Entertainment
does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent
availability, or that every technical issue will be corrected immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding the
completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of website content
for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not limit obligations
expressly accepted in a signed event agreement or rights that cannot
lawfully be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirt Road Entertainment will not
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this
website or linked third-party resources.
Event-related liability, remedies, and limitations are governed by the
applicable signed event agreement and controlling law. Nothing in these
terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be
excluded.
12. Privacy
Website information is collected and used as described in the
Dirt Road Entertainment Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute
concerning a booked event remains subject to the governing-law and dispute
provisions, if any, in the applicable signed event agreement.
14. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
15. Changes to These Terms
Dirt Road Entertainment may update these terms as the website, business,
services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted
on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website
after an update means the revised website terms apply to future use.
